ECD Celebrates the Grand Opening of The Stratford
On Friday June 6, 2008 ECD and partner The Apostles House, celebrated the grand opening of its Low Income Housing Tax Credit project, The Stratford in what was described as a heartwarming ceremony. City of Newark’s Mayor Cory Booker was present to offer words of congratulations and cut the ribbon marking the opening of the 9-unit apartment.
